To provide high-impact, practical, and confidence-building maritime training programs that bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and actual onboard application — guiding Filipino seafarers toward successful officer-level careers.

Produce knowledgeable, competent, confident and onboard-ready officers, particularly in:

• Chief Mate — Trim & Stability mastery (Bulk Carrier)
• Master Mariner — Familiarization and command-level readiness (all vessel types)
